"Many Hands Make Light Work"

Little Flowers Leader in Training:

Assist and train with the current Leaders throughout the year. Participate in planning meetings. Follow all emailing and communications. Much more...(find a friend, and sign up together). 2 people will be chosen (only volunteer role for the year).

Lesson Leaders for Wreath Grade K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6:

Lead lessons on Saints and Virtues for the girls. (There will be a training provided in August to help you feel confident in this role.) There will be at least two leaders per wreath so you can switch off teaching every other month and fill in for each other if you need to miss a meeting.

Craft Leaders for Wreath Grade K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6:

Gather supplies for and lead crafts for one wreath approximately every other month (for some meetings there will be whole group crafts instead). There will be at least two leaders per wreath to switch off months. There will be a small budget for supplies.

Game Leaders:

Supervise the Wreath that is leading game for the whole group of girls at the beginning of the meeting.

Father/Daughter Dance Coordinators:

Help plan and organize the father/daughter dance. This includes helping with decorations and set up on the day of the dance.

Mother/Daughter Tea Coordinators:

Help plan and organize the mother/daughter tea in May. This includes helping with decorations and set up and clean up on the day of the Tea.

Activities Coordinators:

Help as needed with planning and running activities such as movie night, card making/caroling. This might include collecting names of attendees, preparing supplies for activities and cleaning up after activities.

Virtue & Memory Verse Leaders:

Be available at the beginning of meetings (during games or snack) for girls to share the virtue-related activity they complete or recite their memory verse to you. This will be optional for the girls, and small prizes will be provided (e.g. Holy card/medal/candy/stickers).

Allergy-Friendly Snack Provider & Snack Supervisor:

Purchase and bring allergy-friendly snacks for members with allergies. Wreaths will be signing up to provide the group snack (coordinate with wreath regarding the type of snack). Budget will be provided to cover cost of snacks. Assist with clean up after snack.

Supervise Set-up & Clean Up:

Each Wreath will be signed up for 1 set-up and 1 clean up monthly meeting. Arrive by 5:30pm to oversee set-up and stay until 8pm to assist with clean-up. Make sure the meeting rooms are ready for the meeting and clean after meetings.

Prayer Leader:

Help the Wreath assigned to prayer during the meetings. Help distribute prayer card. Pray for our group throughout the year.

Substitute:

Fill in as needed if a member is absent or unable to fulfill their role. You will be required to attend the leader training.
